She was so confused. She knew that Penny would do anything that she could to avoid talking to her mother, and it wasn't something that she was likely to forget. "You know, you can avoid talking to her all you want, it's not going to work forever, but you're going to talk to her whether you like it or not. You have no choice now." She was fairly sure that she was right about Penny.

Phoebe was on her break from work, and was walking through the park, she loved the park, growing up as a kid she used to always go to the park when she fights with Grams or someone. Phoebe saw Piper and her daughter walking over to them "Why... why aren't you at school? What's going on?"

Penny turned to her aunt with a startled look on her face "come on aunt Piper don't make me do this." she begged. "I really was sick, honest I was." she said still pleading with her aunt not to make her tell her mother.

"If you don't tell her I will." She said to her young niece, normally she didn't rat any of the kids out, but this wasn't one of those times. Penny needed to tell her mother the truth even if it would really disappoint her. There were worse things, at least in her oppinion that Penny could have done, considering everything that Phoebe had done as a teenager.

"But why do I have to tell her. I was sick and so I came home early but after a while I felt better and decided to come out here to get some fresh air. Is that a crime, is there a law stating I can't come out here if I was feeling better." she said folding her arms over her chest as she looked at her mother and aunt.

She laughed a bit, after all, this was so much fun. She loved her niece, and no it wasn't really a crime but at least it would be so much better if they were honest with each other, even if what they had to say wasn't the most important thing in the world, if it didn't impact anyone other than themselves. They saved the whole world on a daily basis from evil, what could be better than that? Even though she had wanted to be normal, and give up her powers, she had felt like she had an obligation to her powers, which was why she hadn't given them up.

She looked at her aunt "whats so funny?" she asked keeping her arms folded across her chest. She didn't think she had did anything wrong and she didn't see why her aunt made her tell her mother in the first place.

Coop teleported unseen into the park behind Phoebe "Hey honey, wants up?" he asked, he had felt a shift in her mood through their special bond and come to check up on her.

Penny looked up as her father appeared "oh know could this day get any worse." she said under her breath know her parent's wouldn't be too happy that she had left school early although she had a good excuse for leaving.

Coop looked around Phoebe and saw Piper and then he saw Penny, what was going on, why was't she at school? what was she doing in the park? he waited for someone to say something, expecting a explaination.

Penny looked at her father. She knew he was wondering why she wasn't in school like the other's. "Ok I left school early because I wasn't feeling well but I a little while after I got home I felt better so I came out here to get some fresh air which was into aunt Piper. I'm not in trouble am I because I really wasn't feeling well when I left school." she said as she looked at her aunt and parents.

Phoebe looked at her daughter about to speak until Coop showed up "Nothing honey" as she looked them "Well I think you should have told me Penny, that you were coming home, and that you were going to the park, well since your feeling so much better why don't I go take you back to school"

She looked at her sister and brother in law. All this was different. Last thing she needed was to get in a fight with her sister, especially. After all they had been exceptionally close throughout the years, although she was alot closer to Prue, but then again, things had changed. She loved all of her sisters equally, though she just sometimes felt a closer bond to one more than the others, which was natural. After all her and Prue were only a few years, two almost three years apart in age, while Phoebe was the same way, Paige though, was four years apart, so they didn't really have a big age difference between them. Although Paige and Prue did have almost a seven years age difference. She didn't say anything to help Penny, after all why would she want to do something like that? Yes she loved her nieces and nephews but she wasn't about to intervene when their parents were doing what parents do best. It was definitely interesting to say the least. "Hey Coop." She said to her brother in law finally and then looked at her sister. "Um, Phoebe, I know you're a bit angry at the whole situation, but, if you will remember right, at her age you did a whole lot of different stuff too, nearly gave Grams a heart attack several times." She said, though she knew if Phoebe would remember, she'd remember all the shoplifting and the rebellious stuff she had done as a teenager, Phoebe may have forgotten but she hadn't.

"But mom schools almost over so you can't make me go back." Penny said turning to look at her mother. "Besides as aunt Piper just pointed out you pulled worse stunts than that on grams and what I did isn't against the law or a crime." she said to her mother.

"Yeah well I wished I never did them things. But I can't go back in time to change it" Phoebe couldn't believe Piper would use that against her "Just... Just don't worry. I need to get back to work anyway. I have a deadline" she just didn't want to be around them right now.
