Mischa had been busy in the future, trying to turn Phoebe evil, and had succeeded. Evil Mischa was a bad thing, she was a better good person than evil, even if she was a wuss as a goodie-two-shoes and wouldn't even hurt someone else. Mischa had gone to the Underworld and decided to become the new Source.
